We’re seeking a motivated and energetic Community Outreach Assistant to join a growing outreach and marketing team. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while supporting initiatives that raise awareness for meaningful causes and connect communities.

As a Community Outreach Assistant, you’ll help plan, promote, and execute events and campaigns that inspire action and bring people together. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of community outreach campaigns and local initiatives

• Coordinate and promote events , public engagements , and awareness drives

• Help develop and distribute marketing and outreach materials aligned with campaign goals

• Track and report campaign performance using surveys, analytics tools, and feedback

• Conduct research to identify community needs and engagement opportunities

• Manage logistics and setup for events, including signage, promotional items, and supplies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications , Public Relations , or a related field preferred

• Excellent written , verbal , and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Passion for community involvement , social causes , and grassroots initiatives

• Previous experience in customer service , sales , volunteering , or event coordination is a plus

• Team-oriented with a proactive, self-starting attitude

Work Environment & Schedule
