Venza Care is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Holston Rehabilitation and Care Center . In this role, you’ll be at the heart of patient care, providing essential support to ensure their comfort and well-being.

Shift Differential:

1. Nights: $1.00
2. Weekend $1.00

Shifts Available:

1. Nights 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct and compassionate care to patients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
2. Support the nursing staff with clinical duties and monitoring of patient conditions
3. Take and record vital signs, reporting any significant changes to the nursing staff
4. Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
5. Engage with patients, providing emotional support and companionship
6. Document care provided and communicate patient needs to the nursing team

Qualifications:

1. Current Tennessee Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
2. Proven experience as a CNA, preferably in a healthcare setting
3. Strong understanding of patient care and nursing best practices
4. Empathetic and caring disposition with a dedication to patient well-being
5. Excellent communication and time management skills
