All underpinned by technology created with purpose. **YOUR ROLE** Overall, the Business Technology Management Consultant will Develop and implement platform strategy, IT strategy, and IT operating models. Lead Agile and technology transformation initiatives. Design and architect technology solutions to meet business needs. Drive collaborative selling and business development efforts. Foster people development and team growth. What you will do: + Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support platform strategy and IT strategy development. + Create and implement IT operating models to enhance efficiency. + Lead Agile transformation projects, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement. + Drive technology transformation efforts, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations. + Design and architect technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services and achieve project objectives. + Lead collaborative selling efforts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. + Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth. + Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. **YOUR PROFILE** _The right candidates will be able to_ Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support platform strategy and IT strategy development. Create and implement IT operating models to enhance efficiency. Lead Agile transformation projects, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement. Drive technology transformation efforts, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations. Design and architect technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
