Job Title: Business Analyst - AI Reporting & Customer Data Insights
Location: Mandeville, LA Office
Job Summary:
The Business Analyst – AI Reporting & Customer Data Insights is responsible for generating and optimizing AI-powered reports using data from our proprietary Stealth Customer Data Platform (CDP). Your insights will directly influence marketing strategies, sales outreach, campaign performance, and customer segmentation for Coast’s clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, generate, and maintain AI-driven reports and dashboards using data from the Stealth CDP.
- Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and engagement to support targeted sales and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to identify key data points and reporting needs.
- Translate business objectives into data queries and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Continuously improve and automate reporting processes using AI tools and best practices.
- Monitor data integrity and ensure high-quality, reliable reporting outputs.
- Present findings to management and make recommendations to enhance campaign performance and sales conversion.
- Stay updated on emerging AI and analytics trends to enhance reporting capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in a business analyst or data analyst role, preferably within marketing or sales.
- Proficiency with Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Segment, Tealium, Adobe CDP, etc.).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools for reporting and analysis (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Salesforce Einstein, or similar).
- Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data wrangling techniques.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and actionable way.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in automotive, RV, or powersports verticals is a plus.
- Understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and how they integrate with CDPs.
- Exposure to predictive analytics and lead scoring models.
