Are you a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper that is looking to work with an amazing construction company?

Are you experienced in maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and supporting monthly/year-end close processes?

Do you have experience with QuickBooks and are open to working alongside a great team to collaborate and solve problems?

Acara Solutions is seeking a highly qualified candidate to work ON-SITE  with our customer in Plano, Texas . Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks Online/Desktop
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Run and analyze financial reports (e.g., Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet)
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Prepare payroll and manage tax filings (if applicable)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
• Work closely with management and external accountants as needed

Here's what you'll get:

• Pay rate: $20.00- 25.00/ hour
• Hours: Flex hours. Start with 40 hrs/ week, then 25-30 hrs/ week
• Length: Long-term contract
• Location: On-site, possibility for some remote work

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/GED
• 5+ years of QuickBooks experience in Bookkeeping

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Proficient computer skills 
• Team-oriented 
• Strong communication skills 
• Good at basic math functions
• Attention to detail
