As a Sales Consultant at Kraft Nissan, you will guide customers through the vehicle buying process with professionalism, honesty, and a focus on their individual needs. You'll be a key part of our sales team, building relationships, showcasing vehicle features, and helping customers find the perfect fit from our new and pre-owned inventory.
Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and determine their vehicle needs and preferences.
Guide customers through the test drive and vehicle selection process.
Present and demonstrate vehicle features, capabilities, and benefits.
Explain pricing, finance options, and trade-in values clearly and transparently.
Close vehicle sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Follow up with prospective and past customers to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.
Maintain current knowledge of vehicle inventory, features, and manufacturer promotions.
Achieve individual and team sales goals.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Previous sales experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right candidate.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
