Pay: $17/hr, plus bonus and commissions.

Job Description



 

  • We are seeking a Sales/Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team at Element Urbandale. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in our property management operations, assisting prospective residents in finding their ideal homes while providing exceptional customer service to our current tenants.

  • Quickly identify and assess prospective residents' needs to match them with suitable apartment homes.
  • Conduct property tours, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our community.
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with current residents, promptly addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Manage the entire leasing process, from initial inquiry to lease signing and move-in coordination.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and follow-up strategies.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless operations and resident satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, leases, and property-related information.
  • Participate in community events and marketing initiatives to promote our properties.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications



Our ideal Sales Associate has 1-3 years of sales experience in a multi-family environment . Proficient in Microsoft Office is ideal. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. The ability to work weekends is necessary. An undergraduate degree is strongly preferred. Join our team today!
