Job details:

We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Barback to support the operations of our upscale airport lounge located at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. This position plays a vital role in delivering a premium guest experience by ensuring our bar area is fully stocked, clean, and operating smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and bar supplies throughout the shift
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and storage areas
• Remove trash, clean glassware, and polish bar tools as needed
• Assist with preparing garnishes, juices, and other bar prep tasks
• Deliver exceptional service by anticipating bartenders' and guests needs
• Ensure compliance with airport safety and sanitation standards
• Help with inventory checks and communicate low stock levels to management
• Maintain a professional and polished appearance in line with luxury service standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barback, busser, or in a similar support role in a hospitality or high-volume environmentis preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass an airport security background check
